I have been studying personal growth for over 30 years and now it's time for me to share what I have learned and personally uncovered with others.
Life, Love, and Relationships are a practice.
For the past 30+ years I have taught people how to convey their wants to their animals. Now, it’s time for me to help you get clear on your wants and needs so that you can convey them to the people you share your life with clearly and consistently. When I worked with people and their animals an interesting thing happened, we always came back to how the person was giving the message. Whether it was their body language, verbal commands or how they were feeling. Meaning, animals and people can tell what the agenda is and the message can get muddled when we are not clear.
My Mission is to be a conduit for growth and Expansion for myself and others so that I can contribute to society in a genuine way.
In 2017 I made a decision to go back to school and get my coaching certification so that I could begin focusing on people and the relationship they have with themselves and how that plays out in their relationships. My belief that it's all about energy took me to iPEC ( Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching), where I learned the Core Energy Coaching methodology.
I am a Mother of an emerging adult who amazes me every day. I am committed to my growth because by CHANGING daily, my life is more full of Love, Friendship, and Adventure. My lover keeps me on my toes. I am continually checking my beliefs, and how I am showing up for him and me on a regular. One of my agreements is that: It's up to me to ask for what I need or want. So that he does not have to guess.
I spend my time: Walking in nature, writing programs and blogs, indulging in travel, foreign & domestic, Swimming, Drinking and Pouring Fantastic wine, and Watching myself watch myself.
